This site is maintained by NATURAL KITCHEN RESTAURANT whose registered office is: Marina Heights 1, 301, Marina Square, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.

You may only use the Site in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may download material displayed on the Site for non-commercial, personal use only provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video without the written permission of NATURAL KITCHEN RESTAURANT. You may not attempt to circumvent any anti-copying or other such protection accompanying the material.

CONFIDENTIALITY
NATURAL KITCHEN RESTAURANT is committed to protecting our users’ privacy. We will never sell, rent, lend or distribute your personally identifiable information.

ORDERS

Orders placed to Natural Kitchen either directly or through a platform are subject to meeting our requirements of minimum order quantities vs location.

Automatic order confirmation through email / text message / ordering platforms do not constitute as the final confirmation. We reserve the right to make amendments or reject an order that does not meet our requirements even after you have received a confirmation.

FOOD & INGREDIENTS

As all our food is made fresh daily, we may, in very rare occasions have ingredients that are unavailable from our suppliers. In such an occasion, we will substitute any missing ingredients with another ingredient of similar taste. For example, should there be a shortage of baby spinach, we may replace the baby spinach with mixed leaves or another leaf of similar taste.

DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver to the following areas in Abu Dhabi. Please note that every area has its own minimum order quantity. At times, during non-peak hours we are able to deliver to areas without meeting the minimum order amount. This is at our discretion depending on the time of the order and the availability of drivers. DELIVERY CHARGE

We apply a standard 3 Dirhams delivery charge to all orders whether it is a few meters away or 10 kilometres away from us.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by cash or debit / credit card. All drivers carry a wireless credit card machine with them at all times. All payments are made in UAE Dirhams.

NATURAL KITCHEN RESTAURANT reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this policy at any time, so users are encouraged to review this policy from time to time. Do not disclose your user name and password to any third party, nor allow any third party to undertake work in your name
